Reliability Analysis

Today I removed one of the items in one of my indexes because of the improved Chronbach's Alpha this action provided. That was fun. 1 more page on my master's thesis:D Happy! The results on the further analysis was weirdly enough less uplifting. My regression solution now only explains 22% of the variance in work engagement, while before the exclution of the item it counted for 23%...
